PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a gas from flowing backward into a liquid flow path even when an amount of a liquid is decreased in a gas-liquid mixing apparatus by feeding the liquid into a gas-liquid mixing part in a main flow path in which the gas flows, from the side face. SOLUTION: The gas-liquid mixing apparatus comprises the main flow path through which the gas is fed, and a liquid feeding passage opened on a peripheral face of the gas-liquid mixing part provided in the main flow path, and makes the liquid fed from the liquid feeding passage collide with the gas flowing in the main flow path from the side face. In this apparatus, the liquid feeding passage is continuously provided with at least the first orifice opening on the peripheral face of the gas-liquid mixing part, a flow path with an expanded diameter connected to the upstream of the first orifice, and the second orifice connected to the upstream of the flow path with the expanded diameter between a base end flow path connected to a liquid feeding pipe and the opening on the peripheral face of the gas-liquid mixing part to constitute a multi-stage orifice structure.
