<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an interference to peripheral devices by simple work which is caused by a remnant portion of a tightening band. <P>SOLUTION: The tightening band comprises a mounting base 4 having a mounting leg 6, and the band 5 fixing one end on the mounting base 4.
