PURPOSE: A blanking and a production method are provided to prevent the loosening of a cutting blade though a sheet typed material is blanked many times with a high speed. CONSTITUTION: A space(4) is formed in base materials(2,3) to shield a cutting blade(1). A resin is filled and hardened in the space. Gas is filled in a blanking fixing the cutting blade and the space. Plural gas outlets are installed in the base materials. A product and blanking dregs are easily separated by discharging the gas. A loosening of the cutting blade is prevented though a sheet typed material is blanked many times with a high speed.
