摘要 PURPOSE: A patch antenna is provided to reduce the size and thickness of the patch antenna without increasing the aspect ratio or dielectric constant of a radiation patch, by symmetrically forming four T-shaped slits on the radiation patch. CONSTITUTION: A patch antenna comprises a lower substrate(100) on which a micro strip line(101) is formed so as to feed the high frequency signal input from an RF signal processing unit; an insulation plate(200) for performing an electromagnetic shielding operation between the micro strip line and a radiation patch(301), wherein the insulation plate has an aperture(201) formed at the center of the insulation plate so as to couple the high frequency signal input from the micro strip line to the radiation patch; and an upper substrate(300) having the radiation patch on which slits(302) are symmetrically formed so as to radiate the high frequency signal input through the aperture to outside.
