IMAGE NAVIGATION MODULE OF OPTICAL MOUSE BY MAKING IMAGE NAVIGATION MECHANISM INTO MODULE

摘要

PURPOSE: An image navigation module of an optical mouse is provided to improve a performance of the optical mouse through reduction of performance/assembly deviation by making an image navigation mechanism into a module. CONSTITUTION: A module part is formed by installing a light emitting device(20) and a sensor die(40) on a substrate(50) as a COB(Chip On Board) form. A cover typed lens(30) combined with a prism covers the substrate in order to include an area installing the light emitting device and the sensor die. The sensor die is a one-chip sensor combining an image sensor detecting light collected to the lens and an MCU(Micro Controller Unit) processing a detected signal as one body. The lens having the first lens surface(34) collecting the light emitted from the light emitting device, a reflecting surface(31) reflecting the collected light, and the second lens surface(32) collecting the light.
