<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module corresponding to the wire bonding of a plurality of lead wires by making a bonding part for wire bonding large, and to provide a wire bonding method of the module. <P>SOLUTION: An extending part 11a extended in a horizontal direction is installed at one end of the lower substrate 11 of the thermoelectric conversion module 30. The extending part 11a is extended farther from the upper face of an electrode 13 and sheet-like straight angle wires 16a and 16b are disposed on the electrode 13 formed on the upper face of the extending part 11a. Post electrodes 39a and 39b are installed on the upper face of a part corresponding to the electrode 13 in the straight angle wires 16a and 16b. Upper faces of the post electrodes 39a and 39b are made to be mounting bonding parts.
