PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor which increases position accuracy between an MRE chip and magnets, and can be miniaturized by molding the IC chip with magnet resin as molding resin. SOLUTION: The molded IC for the magnetic sensor is formed by providing a magnetoresistance element (MRE chip) as an IC, and a molded section which has the magnetoresistance element within. The molded section is formed with the magnet resin. By constituting the sensor like this by molding the IC to be molded with the magnet resin as molding resin, the magnetic sensor is provided which has increased position accuracy between the magnetoresistance element (MRE chip) and the magnets, and has been miniaturized.
