摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide mechanism having favorable abrasion resistance and sliding performance, that is capable of achieving low costs. SOLUTION: The slide mechanism 2 comprises two mechanical parts 4 each having thin film 8 on a base body 6. Both mechanical parts 4 are in contact with each other at slide surfaces 10 on thin film surfaces to slide. Surface roughnesses of the base bodies 6 of both mechanical parts 4 in ranges positioned under the slide surfaces 10 are set to be different from each other. For example, the surface roughness of the surface of the base body 6 of one mechanical part 4 in the range is preferably represented by 0.8<Rmx≤25[μm], and the surface roughness of the surface of the base body 6 of the other mechanical part 4 in the range is Rmax≤0.8[μm] where the surface roughness is reprensented by maximum height Rmax.
