PURPOSE: An energy maximizing generating system is provided to reduce electrical power consumption and atmospheric contamination by using a motor control circuit and fly wheel. CONSTITUTION: An energy maximizing generating system comprises a fly wheel(110); a ball bearing(130) for supporting a rotating body; a rotating shaft(120) for supporting the fly wheel, and which is arranged in the direction vertical to the gravity direction; and a motor(160) and a generator(170) arranged in a vacuum/safety container(180). The bearing includes a rotor including a bearing fixing member. The fly wheel is made of a material having a resistance against the high speed rotation.
