PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesion strength of an adhesive used for mounting a filter in a case of a sensor device having a structure for arranging a sensing element for detecting a target to be detected in a case having the filter for transmitting the target to be detected. SOLUTION: The adhesive 11 is applied to cover the entire surface of the filter 6. With this configuration, as compared with the conventional, the adhesion strength with the filter 6 and the case 4 in the adhesive 11 can be improved, thus preventing airtight failure. Additionally, the adhesive 11 uses an adhesive made of a transmission material. Even if the adhesive 11 is present on the surface of the filter 6, it does not block the introduction of an infrared target from an infrared ray incident window section 5.
