APPARATUS FOR DISCHARGING REFRIGERANT OF RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR FOR MAINTAINING PRESSURE DISTRIBUTION UNIFORMLY IN DISCHARGE VALVE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for discharging a refrigerant of a reciprocating compressor is provided to stabilize opening and shutting operation of a discharge valve, reduce a collision noise of the discharge valve and a cylinder, and stabilize fluid flow in discharge and compression chambers. CONSTITUTION: A piston(3) is combined with a mover of a reciprocating motor for reciprocating inside a cylinder(2) in a straight line together with the mover. A discharge valve(6) opens and shuts a compression chamber(P) of the cylinder by the reciprocation of the piston. A discharge cover(10) forms a discharge chamber(S) for covering a discharge side of the cylinder. A gas discharge pipe(8) is communicated with the discharge cover for discharging compressed gas of the discharge chamber. The gas discharge pipe is installed at a position facing a pressure back of the discharge valve to be communicated with the discharge cover in the same direction as an opening and shutting direction of the discharge valve.
