PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fit a ball when assembling a lever. SOLUTION: A guide groove 4c opened in the direction of a slit 3a of an operation panel 3 is formed in an extension part 4 formed on a base 2 of a lever device 10. A long through hole 15 extending in the longitudinal direction is formed in one end side of a lever 11. A case 18 is integrally fitted to the lever 11 by an engagement claw 17 by horizontally and slidably moving the case having a projecting piece 21 with a positioning recess 21c for positioning a ball while preventing the ball 9 from being rolled before being fit forward of a storage recess 19 in the through hole 15.
