PURPOSE: A jig for repairing and manufacturing a clamshell is provided to improve the quality of the clamshell by preventing the transformation of a unit clamshell. CONSTITUTION: A jig(100) for repairing and manufacturing a clamshell is composed of a plurality of clamshell fixing units(130), a groove-ring fixing unit, a clamshell forming unit(150), and a hydraulic cylinder. The clamshell fixing units have a first holding groove into which the body of a unit clamshell is inserted. The groove-ring fixing unit has a second holding groove corresponding to a groove ring formed at the unit clamshell. The clamshell forming unit compresses the body and the groove ring on the unit clamshell to prevent the transformation of the unit clamshell. The hydraulic cylinder is connected to the clamshell forming unit, and transmits compressing force to the unit clamshell.
