SOLUTION: A device for generating fine air bubbles is provided with an air generating part 6, a heating part 7 heating the air generated in the air generating part 6 and an air jetting part 5 jetting the air heated in the heating part 7 into water, and can efficiently and stably supply the very fine air bubbles.
