PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wear of a joint plate caused by entry of a consolidating material between the joint plate and a rotor. SOLUTION: This pressure feeding device for the consolidating material is provided with the rotor 3, an upper part support base 36, and a lower part support base 37. The metallic rotor 3 is nipped and held between an upper part joint plate 36B fixed to the upper part support base 36 and a lower part joint plate 37B fixed to the lower part support base 37.
