PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable nonwoven fabric having excellent softness, stretchability and stretch back properties. SOLUTION: (1) The stretchable nonwoven fabric comprises a knitting yarn which is a crimped yarn of a polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber multifilament yarn and has 20-400 g/m<SP>2</SP>weight of the nonwoven fabric in the nonwoven fabric stitched with the knitting yarn. (2) There is included the stretchable nonwoven fabric in which the crimped yarn is latently crimpable polyester fibers composed of two or more kinds of polyester components, wherein one component is polytrimethylene terephthalate, or a false-twist textured yarn thereof. (3) There is included the stretchable nonwoven fabric in which the actual crimp elongation of the false-twist textured yarn is≥70%. (4) There is included the stretchable nonwoven fabric in which the latently crimpable polyester fibers satisfy (a) 10-30 cN/dtex initial tensile resistance degree, (b) 10-100% stretch elongation and 80-100% stretch modulus of actual crimps and (c) 0.1-0.5 cN/dtex thermal shrinkage stress at 100°C.
