PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for modifying address information stored in a communication terminal according to a selected processing method. SOLUTION: A management server 40 includes a means for receiving a modification notification data, and a processing means for deciding a contractor registration data to be processed after performing a variety of decisions, based on the contractor registration data stored in a contractor registration DB 461; and for either updating with a modification data or adding the information of a person to be registered stored in a memory dial 1081 of a portable telephone 10 identified by a telephone number, etc. included in the contractor registration data to be processed, by use of a type of the processing (automatic updating, instructed updating or manual batch updating) represented by use condition information included in the contractor registration data to be processed.
