FIELD: electrical and power engineering, chemical industry, agriculture, and other industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed radiator that can function as open-type infrared heater for industrial and domestic use has optically transparent evacuated bulb 1 accommodating luminous element 2 made of nonwoven fibrous carbon material with current leads at ends. Current leads are made of heat-resistant wire twisted to form springs 3, 4 holding luminous element leads inside.
