CAPACITY-VARIABLE ROTARY COMPRESSOR FOR REPRESSING LOSS OF HEATING AND LEAKAGE

PURPOSE: A capacity-variable rotary compressor is provided to repress a loss of heating, leakage, and pressure caused by bypassing the compressed refrigerant to an intake region. CONSTITUTION: A capacity-variable rotary compressor is composed of a cylinder(32) having a receiving space containing refrigerant, an intake hole(37) communicating with the receiving space to suck in the refrigerant, and a first discharge port(39) formed at the side of the intake hole along the circumferential direction; a roller(45) for turning along the surface of a bore of the cylinder and compressing the refrigerant; a vane(34) projected and retracted along the radial direction of the cylinder, wherein a projected end of the vane is elastically contacted on to the surface of the outer diameter of the roller to divide the receiving space; a second discharge port(51) separated from the first discharge port at the predetermined distance along the circumferential direction of the cylinder to discharge the refrigerant and join together with the refrigerant ejected through the first discharge port; and a second discharge port-opening and closing valve(52) for opening and closing the second discharge port.
