PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture data transmitting device which makes communicative efficiency high by summarizing especially the same type of transmission destination in E-mail system. SOLUTION: Grouping based on a registration data memorized by a registration memory 13a memorized by a destination decision unit 13 the transmission destination inputted from a control panel 10 this is memorized in a memory 14. A controller 12 transmits and controls as one copy of mail, adding an image data to all transmission destinations which belong to this group for each group by which is grouped to memory 14.
