PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a high quality image without lowering a printing efficiency even when a viscosity of ink is varied by virtue of variation of ambient temperature in an inkjet recorder for recording an image by ejecting the ink to a recording medium from an inkjet head. SOLUTION: This inkjet recorder comprises a memory means 113 for storing print image data of one sheet of image and an ink amount setting means 143 for setting an amount of ink to be ejected from an inkjet head unit 104 by an operator. When a high quality image is not recorded because the viscosity of the ink is changed by virtue of the variation of the ambient temperature, the operator can set the adequate amount of ink by using the ink amount setting means, and then the image is recorded by ejecting the ink in the set amount to the recording medium on the basis of the print image data stored in the memory means.
