RANDOM ACCESS CONTROL METHOD, BASE STATION, AND TERMINAL DEVICE

A random access control method assumes a case that a plurality of terminal devices (1-1 to 1-N) and a base station (3) communicate with one another via a satellite (2) and the same spread code is assigned for each of the terminal devices. For example, the base station (3) notifies predetermined delay time information to each terminal device. Next, each of the terminal devices spreads its transmission data with the same spread code and further arranges the spread transmission data whose delay time has been adjusted according to the delay time information in a predetermined slot (slot length > transmission data length) so as to be transmitted. Lastly, the base station (3) despreads each of the reception signals and extracts data of each terminal device.
