PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic valve operation device capable of remodeling arrangement of an operation lever simply and sequentially in a short time without using a special tool. SOLUTION: This hydraulic valve operation device is provided with connection members 31d, 32d, 33d connecting terminal parts of force arms 31b, 32b, 33b arranged in the order different from arrangement order of valves 21, 22, 23 with lever bosses 31a, 32a, 33a and action arms 31c, 32c, 33c arranged in the arrangement order of valves 31, 32, 33 of a valve array 20 as operation levers 31, 32, 33 operating each valve 21, 22, 23 of the valve array 20. Consequently, it is possible to obtain the same driving sense as a product of the other company by merely exchanging the operation levers 31, 32, 33 from a standard product and attaching them to this hydraulic valve operation device.
