PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for resource-recycling of garbage, capable of completely and smoothly discharging a content in a fermentation tank while being able to contribute to composting and foddering by more fully mixing and agitating the garbage. SOLUTION: This apparatus for resource-recycling of the garbage gives a compost or a fodder by fermentative and drying treatment of the garbage fed into the fermentation tank 2 with an agitating apparatus 4 inside. A discharging screw 5 is provided parallel with the agitating apparatus 4 in a bottom of the fermentation tank 2. The content converted to the compost or the fodder is discharged from a discharging part of the discharging screw 5 by this screw. The agitating apparatus 4 repeats, by turns, a normal rotation wherein the content is raked up from both edge sides to a central side and a reverse rotation wherein the content is diffused from the central side to both edge sides, in the fermentation tank 2.
