PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of judder during braking by restraining runout of both side faces toward the outside diameter of a rotor 2 connected to a rotating-side flange 13. SOLUTION: The middle portion of a stud 9 is inserted into a plurality of second through holes 48 provided at a section close to the inner diameter of a rotor 2, under such a condition that a single side face of the rotating-side flange 13 is overlapped by the section close to its inner diameter. By connecting a rotor fixing nut 49 to a protruding section from an outer side face of the section close to the inner diameter of the rotor 2 at a section close to the front end of the stud 9, a load having a magnitude equal to each other from both sides in the axial direction is applied to the section close to the inner diameter and a section overlapped by each other of the rotating-side flange 13 in the axial direction. Under this condition, both the side faces close to the outer diameter of the rotor 2 are cut while a hub 8a is being rotated to finish both the side faces into a prescribed shape and dimension.
