CIRCULAR SPREADER CONTAINING MAGNETIC INLET MEMBER AND MAGNETIC OUTLET MEMBER AND AVOIDING PRESSURE AND COMPRESSION OF SURFACES OF TUBULAR PRODUCTS EFFECTIVELY

PURPOSE: A circular spreader is capable of avoiding effectively pressure and compression of surfaces of tubular products on inlet range and outlet range thereof, being installed without an increase of cost and difficulty, holding the tubular products and reducing deterioration of quality of the products and a defect of a structure. CONSTITUTION: A circular spreader comprises: a spreader device containing a spreading guide unit facing an outside in all directions and guiding tubular products under a spreading condition; a magnetic inlet mandrel being connected with an end of an inlet of the spreader device and being suited to set the tubular products; a magnetic outlet mandrel being connected with an end of an outlet of the spreader device and being suited to set the tubular products; a magnetic inlet holding structure forming an inlet guide gap suited to set the tubular products between the inlet mandrel and an inlet holding structure and arranged in all directions around the inlet mandrel partly; and a magnetic outlet holding structure forming an outlet guide gap suited to set the tubular products between the outlet mandrel and an outlet holding structure and arranged in all directions around the outlet mandrel partly. The magnetic inlet mandrel and the magnetic inlet holding structure contain magnetic polarization and are repulsed through the inlet guide gap magnetically. The magnetic outlet mandrel and the magnetic outlet holding structure contain magnetic polarization and are repulsed through the outlet guide gap magnetically.
