PURPOSE: Provided are method and device to introduce and transfer specific material such as remedial agents to targeted section of epithelia of a body through epidermal transfer process for purpose of absorption of the material. CONSTITUTION: The device(200) comprises a frame(202) having specified shape and/or form suitable to locate the device on desired epidermal tissue area of a body; a spacer for placing the device and parts thereof on side of the desired tissue area; and fluid transferring tools(216,218) electronically controlled. The spacer further contains a spacer sleeve(204) interposed in the frame(202) and can adjustably move to provide desirable spacial interval between the device(200) and the epithelial tissue. The device(200) further includes a sensor(206) to represent appropriate contact between the device and the epithelial tissue.
