PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid supplying device attached power shovel with a low center of gravity and high stability, excellent in read ability and having stabilized high operation safety by providing a plurality of balance tanks on a lower traveling body. SOLUTION: The power shovel is so constituted such that an integral tank is provided to a leg of an X-shape in a plan view of the lower traveling body, a central tank and a hydraulic driving fluid pump are provided to the central part of the lower traveling body and that two to four balance tanks are provided to the upper part of the lower traveling body. Oil pressure is supplied through a swivel joint of the central part, the fluid in the balance tank can be transferred in the stabilizing direction, and it can be connected to a water wagon such as a trailer tank or the like.
