PURPOSE: A vending machine for IC card used for a hand set is provided to easily manage a plurality of vending machines installed at various places by performing the failure analysis and the stock management through an Internet or a wireless communication. CONSTITUTION: A vending machine(2) for IC card used for a hand set includes a first communication unit, a loading unit(21), a transporting unit, a first charging unit(22), a plurality of purchase keys(24), a controller(25), a failure sensing unit(27), a character generation unit(28), a memory(30) and a second communication unit(29). The first communication unit communicates with the server(1) and the loading unit(21) receives the IC card incorporated therein the IC chips. The transporting unit draws the IC card incorporated into the loading unit(21) and transfers it to the backside. The first charging unit(22) charges the issued fee to the IC card. The plurality of purchase keys(24) is installed on the front side of the vending machine(2). The controller(25) stores the operational program transferred from the management terminal and the charge information. The failure sensing unit(27) senses the failure of each element. The character generation unit(28) generates the character in response to the control of the controller(25). The memory(30) stores the number of the hand phone of the manager. And, the second communication unit(29) connects the manager to the controller(25). |
