PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection hardware of a wooden building member, decreasing the bulk in carrying a member having a connection hardware fitted to the side thereof from a factory into a job site. SOLUTION: This connection hardware is still stored in one master member 1 and the counterpart coupling member 3 and fixed by fastening means 51, 52, 53 to join columns, girders, beams or the like of a wooden building to each other. The connection hardware is composed of a base hardware 2 projected from the master member 1 and an accessary hardware 4 stored in the coupling member 3. The base hardware 2 includes: a support plate 21 fitted in a recessed part 32 provided on one of the end faces of the master member 1 and the coupling member 3; and a joining plate 22 projected from the support plate 1 and fitted in an engagement groove 31 provided on the end part of the coupling member 3. The accessary hardware 4 includes a connecting plate 41 fitted in a fitting groove 33 communicated with the engagement groove 31. When the coupling member 3 is joined to the master member 1, as to the projecting position to the master member 1, the connecting plate 41 is more remote than the joining plate 22.
