PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain hopper, the whole machine height of which is not affected by the height of eaves, the height of a gate or the like, the capacity of which is increased by swilling the storing tank and the center of gravity of which is lower when a grain is stored. SOLUTION: In the grain hopper, a storing tank 2 made of a sheet material is hanged on the frame of the machine and a driving means for discharging is installed on the bottom part of the storing tank, wherein the storing tank has a swelling part formed from an upper opening part opened upward toward a discharging opening part opened downward and has a movable frame 14 connected on almost intermediate point of the circumference side wall and is equipped with a compressed elastic material to push the movable frame upward. When the grain is stored in the storing tank, the compressed elastic material is compressed to form the swelling part and while the grain is discharged, the compressed elastic material elongates gradually to pull up the swelling part to assist the grain discharging.
