PURPOSE: A wound dressing or bandage containing nano silver is provided to protect burnt or infected skin tissue by inducing fast regeneration of the skin tissue by performing disinfection and sterilization using nano silver contained in the wound dressing. CONSTITUTION: The wound dressing containing nano silver comprises: nano silver having antibacterial and deodorizing effects, the wound dressing prepared by injecting nano powder or nano liquid into the wound dressing made of a variety of bandage materials including polyurethane, cotton, natural wool, non-woven fabric, plaster, silicon, natural rubber, polyamide, polyplastic resin or vinyl, and the like.
