<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifying device which can prevent break of a tube. <P>SOLUTION: The humidifying device comprises a housing 20 which has a dry gas introducing part 21 for introducing a dry gas G1 inside, a bundle 30 of tubes 31 which is arranged inside the housing 20 and has a moisture transmitting wall, and a direct impact suppressing structure 50, restricting the gas flow from the dry gas introducing part 21 of the housing 20 from directly hitting the tubes 31, arranged at the dry gas introducing part 21 of the housing 20, or between the dry gas introducing part 21 of the housing 20 and the bundle 30 of tubes 31, in the direction the dry gas G1 flows. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
