PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faucet outlet metal fitting capable of increasing hardness of surface of an outlet cap to reduce weight while preventing the surface from being damaged and, at the same time, corresponding to a plurality of screw specifications only by changing resin molding products. SOLUTION: A metal-made stamping 2 is fittingly inserted in the circumference of a synthetic resin-made molding product 1 located in the inside of the outlet cap A, the end section of the stamping 2 makes folding process in a fittingly inserted state to prevent the resin molding product 1 from being slipped off by forming engaged projection sections 2a and 2b projected to the resin molding product 1 and, at the same time, a turning stop means 3 is formed over the resin molding product 1 and the stamping 2 to combine both of them with each other in the circumferential direction to enable a discharge pipe S to fasten to the outside screw section S1.
