PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping wire mesh for a pipe member and its mounting method, which are excellent in installing in the pipe member and capable of being fixed and secured by simply positioning. SOLUTION: The vibration damping wire mesh 1 for the pipe member is fixed cylindrically in the state to wind a rectangular wire mesh 2 at least one turn.
