<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble surfactant composition giving a wetting property, a permeability, an anti-foaming property and a dispersing property to a base material when adding to an ink and a paper coating agent and adapted for an environment problem. <P>SOLUTION: The water-soluble surfactant composition contains (A) 10-95 wt.% of ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block type adduct of acetylene glycol and/or ethylene oxide/propylene oxide random type adduct of acetylene glycol; and (B) 5-90 wt.% of polyoxy (ethylene-propylene)block polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 1,500-12,000 in which the content of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide is 10-90 wt.% respectively. A contact angle after 30 seconds of drop-wise addition of 0.1 wt.% aqueous solution thereof is 60°or lower and dynamic surface tension at 1 Hz and 10 Hz is 50 mN/m or lower respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
