PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of reducing the complicatedness of inputting authentication data in starting by a user while keeping security by detecting the movement of the information processor. SOLUTION: This information processor comprises an input part for requesting input of authentication data; a first storage part for storing collation data; a second storage part for storing the inputted authentication data; a third storage part for storing movement information showing whether or not a setting place is moved; a comparison part for comparing the authentication data with the collation data; a device movement detection part for detecting the movement of the setting place and storing the movement information in the third storage part; and a system state switching part for recognizing and switching a system state including starting state and power supply interrupting state by detecting the supply or interruption of power supply. When the system state switching part recognizes a change of the system state, and the movement information stored in the third storage part shows non-movement of the setting place, the system state after the change is transferred to without requiring input of the authentication data.
