The treatment device includes a neck bridge (12, 102, 132) having a delivery configuration (FIGS. 1A, 8A, 9A) and a deployed configuration (FIGS. 1B, 8B, 9B). The device also includes an actuation mechanism (44, 106, 150) configured to be temporarily engaged to the neck bridge (12, 102, 132) to convert the neck bridge between the delivery configuration and the deployed configuration. |
