CURABLE COMPOSITION

A curable composition which comprises (A) a (meth)acrylic ester, (B) a free-radical polymerization initiator, (C) epoxidized polyisoprene containing epoxy groups in the molecule in an amount of 0.15 to 2.5 meq/g and having a number-average molecular weight of 15,000 to 200,000, and (D) a curing accelerator. The curable composition has a high elongation and excellent rubber elasticity even in a cured state and is excellent in compatibility, transparency, waterproofness, and flexibility. The cured article obtained therefrom is hence reduced in cracking, peeling, etc. The composition can be advantageously used in applications such as adhesives, coating materials, encapsulation materials, inks, and sealing materials.
