<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a manager in a remote place quickly deal with a power supply device and a load when a some sort of an abnormality occurs in a system. <P>SOLUTION: When abnormalities occur in UPSs 3A to 3C, an abnormality monitor means 24 transmits abnormality information that specifies an abnormal place to a portable telephone 15. The manager can thereby quickly determine where the abnormalities have occurred inside and outside a system body 9 and what countermeasure should be taken.
