<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differently inspired questionnaire free creation automatic input system realizing an easy processing method by considering that a marked part and the like cannot be read normally while selection of data written on paper such as a questionnaire is carried out by marking a correct answer in a conventional system. <P>SOLUTION: The questionnaires and the like requiring investigation and the like are formed into a data file, the questionnaires and the like are extracted from application data file, a tile of the questionnaire and the like and questionnaire objective data to be extracted are converted into variable data, and entries of the questionnaires and a selected character group of the entries and the like are registered as a print pattern. Printing is carried out for every questionnaire and the like. Among the selected character groups, an answerer such as a researcher spots a selected character by means of a writing tool such as a pencil in the corresponding character/mark.
