LIGHTING CONTROL AND MONITOR SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control and monitor system capable of communicating with a monitoring device or controlling the monitoring device by voice.

SOLUTION: A personal computer 4 to be attachably/detachably connected with the monitoring device 3 and a general-purpose network 9 is provided with a voice input part 18 which inputs voice, a voice data output part 15 which outputs voice data of the voice inputted in the voice input part 18 to the general-purpose network 9 by a VoIP protocol, a voice data input part 16 which inputs the voice data by the VoIP protocol from the general-purpose network 9 and a voice output part 19 which outputs the voice data inputted in the voice data input part 16 by voice, respectively.
