PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label for distinguishing forgery constituted in such a way that the sticking of the label is difficult to be recognized and the deed itself of having distinguished the forgery is difficult to be recognized. SOLUTION: In this label for distinguishing forgery formed by sticking an upper layer label 20 having a weak adhesive layer 22 provided on a light-impermeable substrate 21, on an outer face side of a lower layer label 10 having a hidden printed layer 13, the lower layer label substrate 11 has a strong adhesive layer 12 on an inner face and the hidden printed layer on the outer face; or the lower layer label substrate is composed of multiple layers laminated with a light permeable film on the outer face, having the strong adhesive layer on the inner face, and having the hidden printed layer on the laminate adhesive face; or the lower label base substrate consists of the light permeable film, and having the hidden printed layer on the inner face and the strong adhesive layer on the hidden printed layer.
