发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GRINDING DISK SLIDING SURFACE IN BRAKE DISK ASSEMBLY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or suppress a wobble of a disk sliding surface in a brake disk assembly by the use of grinding. SOLUTION: For each of first and second sliding surfaces of a disk rotor, a relation between a rotation phase while the disk rotor rotates a turn and a wobble amount of the sliding surface in the axial direction of the rotation is grasped. The position to start grinding of each rotary whetstone is determined based on the obtained wobble phase data so that a position corresponding to the maximum of outward wobble of each sliding surface is a substantial starting position of grinding of each rotary whetstone. In addition, at least in the final stage of grinding, cutting speed of each rotary whetstone on each sliding surface is individually controlled so that grinding resistance on the first sliding surface by a first rotary whetstone and grinding resistance on the second sliding surface by a second whetstone are equal.
