PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device that decreases an occupying space by using a hybrid IC. SOLUTION: Although until now electronic components which can not mount on the hybrid IC are fitted to a printed circuit board and the printed circuit board is fitted to the hybrid IC, in the control device, all necessary electronic components are mounted on the hybrid IC and the hybrid IC is directly set up to a socket of the tip of a harness, and the printed circuit board and a casing are made unnecessary.
