A hair coloring applicator (10) for applying a hair coloring material to one or more strands of hair using a rotating brush. The hair coloring applicator may include one or more brushes (12) rotatably coupled to a body (16). The body may include a housing (24) having at least one opening (28) for receiving one or more strands of hair. The brush may include a plurality of bristles (14) configured to contact the one or more strands of hair without tangling or snagging the hair. The bristles (14) of the brush (12) receive a hair coloring material (44) and apply the material to strands of hair by contacting the hair. The hair coloring applicator (10) may simultaneously apply one or more colors of hair coloring material (44) to strands of hair.
