PURPOSE: A road placard support member is provided which enables to install and replace a placard without hindering the traveling of vehicles. CONSTITUTION: The road placard support member comprises a support bar fixing part(14) where a rotation groove is formed below a vertical pillar(11) of a supporting bar. A vertical hole(24) and a cover(28) are formed on a bottom of the vertical pillar. A main roller(27) and vertical rollers(25,25') and horizontal rollers(23,23') are connected by a wire rope(26) in the inside of the placard support bar, and a fixing frame(29) is increased or decreased by the wire rope. |
