PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direction regulating device of a display for stably holding the display even if a tiltable or swivelable range of the display is large. SOLUTION: The direction regulating device of the display is provided with a movable part 10 attached to the rear face of the display, and a base 20 for supporting the movable part 10. The base 20 has a receiving face 22a consisting of a convex spherical face on the side of the display.
