PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fisheye lens realizing a diagonal viewing angle of≥170°in a camera having a plurality of screen sizes. SOLUTION: The fisheye lens is provided with a first lens group G1 having a negative refractive power positioned closest to an object side, a second lens group G2 having a positive refractive power positioned closer to an image field side than the first lens group G1, a distance between the first lens group G1 and the second lens group G3 is made variable, the fisheye lens is made in the longest focal distance state when the distance between the group G1 and the group G3 becomes the shortest, and made in the shortest focal distance state when the distance becomes the longest, the maximum image height in the longest focal distance state is different from that in the shortest focal distance state, and also, the diagonal viewing angle of≥170°is obtained in either state.
