PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration acquisition technique making it possible to acquire a correct configuration while increasing the accuracy of the configuration and the accuracy of separating an object. SOLUTION: A layer creating device 2 groups an assembly of three-dimensional points into layers. For each of the layers, a connection detection device 3 finds an assembly of points (assembly of connecting points) lying on the same line on an image. A cluster creating device 4 generates clusters by grouping the points in such a way that the points included in the same assembly of connecting points are included in the same class. A three-dimensional model creating device 5 forms a convex closure from each cluster created by the cluster creating device 4, and creates a three-dimensional configuration as a columnar configuration whose top face has a configuration defined by each convex closure.
